The impressive property further boasts two enclosed gardens and a multi-car driveway.

Inside Pineview, a bright entrance hall provides a warm welcome, offering a cloak cupboard and a modern WC. A trio of stairs step down to additional storage and to glazed doors leading into the living room. This generous reception area, with oak-faced LVT flooring, is attractively decorated in light tones and with an understated accent wall. It also features oversized windows and French doors to the garden for a light-filled ambience. Another set of glazed doors lead into the dual-aspect dining room, which conveniently shares a semi open-plan with the kitchen – perfect for dinner parties. The kitchen itself has a contemporary design of white cabinets and wood-toned worktops, framed by olive-green splashback panels. Under-cabinet and plinth lighting create ambient moods, whilst a range of appliances finish the sophisticated look (integrated five-burner gas hob and raised microwave and oven, and a freestanding American-style fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher). A well-appointed utility room provides additional workspace and storage, and plumbing for a washer and dryer. Upstairs, a naturally-lit landing (with access to a partially-floored attic) leads to the three spacious double bedrooms, which are all softly carpeted and neutrally decorated, with the floorspace maximised by built-in mirrored wardrobes. The master bedroom, with a tasteful feature wall and additional storage, has the added luxury of a high-spec en-suite shower room, with a walk-in rainfall shower. Finishing the home is a modern three-piece family bathroom and overhead shower. Gas central heating and double glazing ensure are throughout.

In addition to an enclosed front garden, the home has a charming rear garden with a timber-decked dining bay that overlooks a large public park with a children’s play area. There are two sheds for storage as well. Off-street parking is also provided by a multi-car driveway.

Extras: all fitted floor and window coverings, light fittings, two garden sheds, integrated kitchen appliances, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer to be included in the sale.
