Well-presented throughout, the home further benefits from extensive parking and gardens to the front and southwest-facing rear – the latter proving exceptionally large, providing excellent scope for a generous extension (subject to planning permission).

Set back from the road behind a well-tended front garden, the home’s front door opens into a welcoming foyer that leads into a hall with convenient storage. On the left is the living room, which is well-proportioned and filled with light from dual-aspect windows. It is an inviting space for relaxing and socialising. Plus, it features a handsome fireplace with a multi-fuel stove for cosy evenings. On the opposite side of the hall, the dining room provides another spacious and light-filled reception area for lively dinner parties. Conveniently, the kitchen is next door, coming well-appointed with white cabinets and ample worktop space. It has two pantry-style cupboards built-in, and comes with an integrated ceramic hob and oven/grill, and freestanding appliances (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer, and dryer). Opposite the kitchen is the first of the bedrooms: a good-size double with built-in storage and a peaceful garden outlook. Finishing the ground floor is a contemporary three-piece shower room, with a double walk-in shower enclosure. From the dining room, stairs lead up to a bedroom area that could house a single bed or nursery. Or, it could be used as an office/study (as currently arranged). It offers built-in storage and connects to a double bedroom, which has appealing décor for a soothing ambience. Both rooms are illuminated by Velux windows. Gas central heating and double glazing ensure year-round comfort.

Externally, the home boasts an exceptionally large, southwest-facing, rear garden that is landscaped with a generous patio for summer dining, a chipped bay, a sweeping lawn, and herbaceous borders. It has a shed for storage and is a true haven for families. Two gated driveways and a detached garage provide extensive parking.
