Upstairs, a landing with storage leads to three double bedrooms. The master bedroom enjoys the same scenic hill views as the living room, whilst the second and third bedrooms both incorporate storage and enjoy a southwesterly aspect overlooking the rear garden. Gas central heating, double-glazed windows and a thermodynamic solar heating system generating hot water ensure year-round comfort and efficiency.

The southwest-facing rear garden is fully enclosed and has been beautifully landscaped to include manicured lawns, gravelled areas, leafy trees and shrubbery, and two substantial sheds. Unrestricted on-street parking can be found on George Street.
