One of the first steps in selling your home is to have it valued by one of our experienced estate agency team. Strictly speaking this is not absolutely necessary as a formal valuation will be carried out by a surveyor as part of the Home report. It is however a very useful opportunity for us to meet with you, have a look round your house and give you an indication of a value while giving you our expert advice on how best to achieve this price when selling.

In the past all valuations were carried out in person at your property. Due to the coronavirus restrictions in place for the last 12 weeks, it has not been possible for us to visit properties. However, when we move into the next phase of the Government’s route map out of lockdown – hopefully later this week – we will be providing valuation visits again. Our estate agents will liaise with you in advance of visiting to discuss precautions to be taken in line with Government guidance. Our agents will be wearing masks for the safety of both themselves and you.

Alternatively, it might be that you would prefer to have your property valued remotely or virtually. If so, we can arrange, simply book a date and time that suits you on our website. One of our team will arrange a video call with you where we can ask about your property and be shown around remotely. We will still be able to provide you with an indication of value as well as our professional advice. Click here to book yours today.

All valuations – in person or virtual – are provided on a free, no obligation basis. To arrange a valuation for your home please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we will be happy to help.
